Well, one week after our wedding, and
people are still talking about the Sun
Messengers!!! I cannot believe how FABULOUS &
MAGNIFICENT they were. I did not want the night
to end b/c they were so amazing!!! I told Rick
that from this point forward Jeff & I will know
them not as the Pistons band, but as our
band!!! They made our special day that much
more memorable with their amazing music...We
will always remember that day and our band!!!

Rick, We have gotten so many favorable comments about your music at the wedding!!! You are so very talented. You make an evening a musical event. WE know it is difficult in an old club. In most cases the amps are not adjusted properly and the true sound is lost. We were not blasted out! We could enjoy your great sound and still enjoy each other. People who don"t usually dance...danced!!! That to me is a successful evening. It must make you feel good too. Also the club and members who were there that night asked about your band...members were saying...why don't we have The Sun Messengers at other functions???? Hi Rick, Although the enthusiasm of our guests speaks for itself, I again wanted to thank all the members of the Sun Messengers for the fantastic job you did Sunday at Erin & Ben's wedding. I think it's especially hard to generate that level of enthusiasm and participation at an afternoon reception, but it was certainly no problem in this case. Many of our guests at the house afterwards expressed the hope that DJs at weddings will soon be out of style and reception music will once again be provided by live bands. You guys are the best! Hi Rick, The Sun Messengers ROCKED THE HOUSE at my son’s wedding Saturday! Your great sound took a normal wedding reception and raised it up to a level of a major party that no one that was there will ever forget. Being born and raised in the Detroit area I grew up with the Motown Sound and always knew how great that sound is. During breakfast at the Ritz this morning some of the out of town younger people that attended the reception were discussing your band and its great sound. They all agreed that upon returning home they were going to head to their music stores in hopes of purchasing some of that great Motown sound we grew up with!!! The Sun Messengers made some converts last night and I think that was the greatest compliment and one you would want to hear. Again Thank You All for a great evening.
